Welcome to TRM Luxury Travel, a travel planning service operating as an independent affiliate of KHM Travel Group (KHM Consulting Inc.). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any travel arrangements.

1. Independent Affiliate of Host Agency
TRM Luxury Travel (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with KHM Travel Group, a registered host agency (Seller of Travel #2089491-50 - California, #ST37113 - Florida, #TAR 7231 - Hawaii, UBI #602775122 - Washington). All bookings are processed through KHM Travel Group and/or its authorized suppliers.

2. Bookings & Payments
By booking travel services through TRM Luxury Travel, you authorize us to act on your behalf to make reservations with third-party travel suppliers. All pricing and availability is subject to change until confirmed. Final booking terms, including cancellation policies and payment deadlines, will be provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review and agree to the supplier’s terms before payment.

3. Changes & Cancellations
Travel suppliers may impose penalties for changes or cancellations. These penalties vary by supplier and will be disclosed upon request or at the time of booking. TRM Luxury Travel is not responsible for any fees or losses related to modifications or cancellations.

4. Responsibility & Liability
TRM Luxury Travel acts solely as an agent for the travel suppliers providing your accommodations, transportation, tours, or other services. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, delays, errors, or defaults of third parties. This includes but is not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other service providers.
We are also not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, governmental actions, strikes, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.

5. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all personal travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas, vaccination requirements) is accurate and valid for travel. TRM Luxury Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from travel services booked through TRM Luxury Travel, clients agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with us. If unresolved, any legal claim must be brought in accordance with the laws of the state in which TRM Luxury Travel is located.

8. Changes to Terms
TRM Luxury Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
